Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Talent Sourcer to build pipelines for technically demanding roles across Engineering, Manufacturing and Operations. You’ll partner with recruiters and hiring managers to identify top talent and engage candidates with a professional, enthusiastic approach.

You will source passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, GitHub and other channels, leveraging AI tools to boost speed and quality while maintaining a personal touch.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 1+ years of recruiting experience; or associate degree and 2+ years; or 3+ years of recruiter experience in lieu of a degree.
• Experience sourcing for engineering, hardware, or technical manufacturing roles is preferred.
• Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
• Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools.

Responsibilities

• Proactively source passive candidates via X, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, GitHub, and other channels.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for hard-to-fill engineering roles.
• Leverage AI-powered sourcing and research tools to increase pipeline speed and quality.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and refine strategy.
• Conduct initial outreach and phone screens to assess interest and qualifications.
• Track sourcing metrics and pipeline health and share data with teams.
• Represent SpaceX’s mission and culture to prospective candidates.
• Stay current on market trends, competitor talent pools, and compensation benchmarks.
