Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Talent Sourcer to build robust pipelines for technically demanding roles across Engineering, Manufacturing, and Operations. You will partner with recruiters and hiring managers, identify exceptional talent, and represent SpaceX professionally with a strong mission-driven narrative.

You will proactively source passive candidates, conduct initial phone screens, and track pipeline health while leveraging AI-enabled tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 1+ years of recruiting experience alternatives allowed.
• Experience in technical recruitment is preferred.
• Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
• Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools.
• Ability to distinguish top talent percentile ranks (top 50% vs top 5%).

Responsibilities

• Proactively source passive candidates via multiple channels.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for engineering roles.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to refine sourcing strategy.
• Conduct initial outreach and phone screens to assess fit.
• Track sourcing metrics and pipeline health and share data.
