Job summary

DensityAI is hiring a Technical Sourcer to fuel our critical hiring needs across hardware, silicon, and AI engineering. You will partner with recruiters and hiring managers to build pipelines of exceptional, hard-to-find technical talent—ranging from design verification and RTL engineers to ML and systems software.

You’ll own top-of-funnel pipelines, craft multi-channel sourcing strategies, and conduct outreach that engages passive senior talent.

Qualifications

• Experience sourcing technical/engineering roles.
• Proven ability to find passive candidates using advanced techniques (Boolean/X-ray, GitHub, LinkedIn Recruiter).
• Strong technical fluency to discuss hardware, silicon, AI/ML with engineers.

Responsibilities

• Build and own top-of-funnel pipelines for technical roles focused on hardware/silicon and AI/ML engineering.
• Develop multi-channel sourcing strategies across LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, conferences, and referrals.
• Partner with recruiters and managers to translate role requirements into candidate profiles and search strategies.
• Conduct outreach to engage passive senior talent and convert cold contacts into conversations.
