• Four or more years of experience in Sourcing or Recruiting.
• Experience identifying and engaging candidates at a search firm or in a corporate recruiting function.
• Knowledge of technical recruiting areas.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain networks of potential candidates through proactive market research and relationship management; conduct in-depth interviews of potential candidates.
• Recommend and execute ideas and strategies related to recruitment to support long-range growth and implement or fine-tune processes.
• Utilize traditional and non-traditional resources (job boards, referrals, networking, social media) to develop a pipeline of qualified candidates; manage data-entry in CRM/ATS.
