Job summary

TALNT Team LLC is seeking a Senior Technical Sourcer to partner with recruiters and hiring managers across technology teams to identify and engage top talent in software engineering, data analytics, AI/ML, and product.

You will own the front end of the recruiting funnel, from market research through sourcing, outreach, and initial candidate engagement. This role requires strategic thinking beyond basic searches and a strong ability to improve sourcing strategy and pipeline quality.

Qualifications

• Experience sourcing technical talent in fast-paced environments.
• Track record sourcing software engineering, data, AI/ML, or product roles.
• Proven ability to engage passive candidates.
• Ability to build proactive sourcing strategies, not rely on inbound applicants.
• Comfort with funnel metrics to assess and refine strategy.
• Strong research skills to translate hiring needs into talent pools.
• Familiarity with LLMs and AI tools in recruiting.

Responsibilities

• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to calibrate roles and translate requirements into sourcing strategies.
• Build and execute sourcing strategies across software engineering, data analytics, AI/ML, and product roles.
• Conduct talent mapping and market research to identify target companies and candidate pools.
• Identify and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, search tools, and communities.
• Develop thoughtful, personalized outreach strategies to improve response and conversion rates.
• Use sourcing data to identify gaps and adjust strategy accordingly.
• Track sourcing metrics and communicate pipeline quality and source effectiveness.
• Partner with recruiters to maintain healthy pipelines and recalibrate searches as needs evolve.
• Leverage LLMs and AI tools to enhance research and outreach.
