Job summary

MANTECH seeks a motivated Senior Technical Recruiter to join our team in Herndon, VA. You will lead full lifecycle recruiting for high-level technical positions, partnering with hiring managers and senior leadership to develop strategic sourcing plans and build elite teams across cybersecurity, engineering, and IT.

This onsite role requires 1-2 days per week in the office and a US Citizenship with the ability to obtain or maintain clearance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full lifecycle, government contracting recruiting
• Proven track record filling complex technical roles in Cybersecurity, Engineering, and IT
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional Talent Acquisition teams
• Data-driven insights on staffing strategies and market trends to influence hiring outcomes
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle recruitment for high-level technical positions.
• Partner with hiring managers and senior leadership to develop and execute sourcing plans.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to write compelling job descriptions and screening questions.
• Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates; extend offers with Hiring Managers.
• Ensure recruitment activities comply with ethics, legal and HR policies.
