Qualifications

• 4+ years of technical and hardware recruitment experience.
• Experience filling niche roles in a fast-paced environment.
• Ideally 1+ year of in-house recruitment experience.
• Strong sourcing skills and Boolean searching.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Professional communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.
