Job summary

Paraform is disrupting hiring and seeking a high-powered Talent Partner to source top-tier talent for a fast-growing startup. You will own end-to-end recruitment, build proactive pipelines, and partner with hiring managers to define what great looks like for each role.

You’ll design and refine interview processes, scorecards, and the candidate experience while creating repeatable sourcing playbooks. As an ambassador for our mission, you’ll articulate why the best engineers should join our team.

About the Role

Paraform is disrupting how companies hire — and we're looking for someone to help us hire the best people to do it. We're looking for an experienced, high-powered Talent Partner who lives and breathes talent and is an expert working with early stage and high growth startups. You'll primarily be focused on sourcing top 1% talent to join the Paraform team, driving a culture of excellence, and supporting the company with everything else hiring-related as we rapidly scale.

You'll be hands-on sourcing, closing, and iterating on our process — while also laying the recruiting infrastructure that scales with us.

What You'll Do

• Own full-cycle recruiting — from kickoff to close


• Source proactively and build pipelines for hard-to-fill roles, with a bias toward finding non-obvious talent that others miss


• Partner closely with hiring managers to deeply understand technical requirements, team dynamics, and what "great" actually looks like for each role


• Define and continuously sharpen our interview process, scorecards, and candidate experience for technical hires


• Build repeatable sourcing playbooks, calibration frameworks, and pipeline tracking that raise the bar over time


• Serve as a genuine ambassador for Paraform's mission — you should be able to speak credibly about our product, our market, and why the best engineers should want to work here


• Identify recruiting tooling, sourcing channels, and workflow improvements that increase quality and efficiency

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally with 1+ year spent in-house at a high-growth, VC backed startup (Seed to Series C)


• Proven track record closing strong candidates in a competitive market


• Deep sourcing chops — you're not waiting on inbound; you know how to find people and get them interested


• High ownership mentality and comfort operating without a playbook


• Builder mindset — excited to create process and structure where there isn't any


• Strong experience building and maintaining relationships with hiring managers and other key stakeholders


• Familiarity with the recruiting industry or marketplace businesses is a plus (and genuinely interesting to us)
