We’re looking for product engineers who think like builders, not just coders. You’ll have the autonomy to discover the problems worth solving, design the solutions, and own the outcomes.

• Marketplace: Build the systems that acquire and match candidates at scale. Improve the experience for both companies and recruiters, and help us build towards a self‑sustaining marketplace.
• AI Matching: Use the immense amount of data that we capture across our platform to build agentic recruiting systems that surface strong matches between candidates, companies, and recruiters.
• Recruiting OS: Build the tools that make Paraform the place where recruiters do their best work (Recruiter CRM, AI‑assisted workflows, and deep integrations that remove friction from every step of the process)

Job description

Nearly $900B is spent on recruiting every year and the process is still broken. Paraform is building the global talent infrastructure where companies come to fill their most critical roles. Through every search, placement, and interaction on our platform, we capture proprietary hiring data that no one else has at scale, and that data powers the agentic systems we’re building to make hiring faster, smarter, and more precise. We believe AI will create more jobs, not less. As companies move faster with fewer constraints, they’ll hire more ambitiously and for roles that didn’t exist before, making the hiring layer more critical than ever.

The Role

We have 20 engineers and over 9 figures in revenue. That ratio is intentional. Every engineer at Paraform plays a massive role in shaping the direction of the business. We’re looking for product engineers who think like builders, not just coders. That means you’re someone who can look at a problem our team is facing, figure out what to build, and ship it end to end. You’ll have the autonomy to discover the problems worth solving, design the solutions, and own the outcomes. The surface area of unsolved problems here is enormous, and we need people who find that energizing rather than overwhelming.
