Paraform is disrupting hiring and seeking a high-powered Talent Partner to source top-tier talent for a fast-growing startup. You will own end-to-end recruitment, build proactive pipelines, and partner with hiring managers to define what great looks like for each role.

You’ll design and refine interview processes, scorecards, and the candidate experience while creating repeatable sourcing playbooks. As an ambassador for our mission, you’ll articulate why the best engineers should join our team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in-house at a high-growth startup.
• Track record closing strong candidates in a competitive market.
• Deep sourcing chops to find non-obvious talent.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting from kickoff to close.
• Source proactively and build pipelines for hard-to-fill roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and culture.
• Define and sharpen interview processes, scorecards, and candidate experience.
• Build sourcing playbooks and pipeline tracking to raise the bar over time.
• Act as an ambassador for Paraform's mission and speak credibly about our product and market.
