Job summary

JetBlue Airways is seeking a Recruiter, Technical Talent Acquisition to provide consultative recruiting across Flight Operations, Technical Operations, JetBlue University, Safety & Security, with an emphasis on delivering an exceptional candidate experience. You will manage full life cycle recruiting, partner with hiring managers, and help develop external sourcing strategies for specialized roles.

The role requires up to 30% overnight travel, strong HR experience, and the ability to navigate

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field.
• Two years of HR, Recruiting, or JetBlue Leadership experience.
• Knowledge of EEO and employment laws.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects with strong customer service.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work globally and handle confidential information.
• Ability to travel domestically/internationally (30% overnight).
• Must be eligible to work in the US; no visa sponsorship.
• Preference for candidate with airline operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Present competitive candidates to hiring managers who fit JetBlue culture.
• Build and maintain relationships with leaders, hiring managers, and cross-functional partners.
• Initiate requisitions and strategy meetings with hiring managers.
• Assist in creating external hiring strategies for specialized roles.
• Conduct full life cycle technical recruiting, including interviews and closing searches.
• Support TA processes with accurate record-keeping, reporting, and interview guides.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field

High School Diploma/GED with at least four (4) years of relevant work experience

Two (2) years of Human Resources, Recruiting, or JetBlue Leadership experience

Knowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO)

Proficient with Microsoft Office

Ability to understand and create solutions from a global perspective

Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and diplomacy

Must be in possession of valid travel documents with ability to travel in and out of the U.S

Available for overnight travel (30%)

Must pass a pre-employment drug test
