JetBlue is seeking an Analyst, Talent Management to support the execution of talent management programs aligned with the Talent and People department strategies. You will manage data, systems, and technology to enable effective goal setting, continuous feedback, and objective performance assessment, collaborating with People Business Partners.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, OD or related field, or 4 years related experience.
• Two years in HR, Talent Management, or related field.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data interpretation.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment and resolve problems independently.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 apps (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) and AI tools.
• Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
• Pre-employment drug test required.
• Authorized to work in the US; visa sponsorship not available.

Mansioni

• Manage day-to-day execution of performance management processes, incl. annual cycle, goal setting, reviews, calibration, and feedback.
• Establish and manage project timelines and deliverables for Talent Management initiatives.
• Administer and maintain talent management systems and data.
• Analyze talent and performance data, develop reports, identify trends.
• Develop communications, templates, forms, presentations for Talent Management.
• Partner with People Business Partners to support Talent Management processes.
• Support process improvement with research, benchmarking, data analysis, automation, AI tools.
