Jet Linx is seeking an Talent Acquisition Partner to own full-cycle recruiting for aviation crew and specialized roles. You will manage requisitions from intake to close, conduct structured screens, and coordinate interviews with leadership teams while upholding Jet Linx core values.

You’ll build trusted partnerships with Hiring Managers, Capacity, Training, and Crew Records to align hiring with training and backfill needs, delivering timely updates and market feedback.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Structured, job-related interview experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned full-cycle requisitions from intake through closeout.
• Coordinate interviews, approvals, and offers with hiring teams.
