Vantor is seeking a Recruiter to join its Talent Acquisition team in Westminster, Colorado. This hybrid role focuses on recruiting for engineering and product management, with flexibility to support other areas as priorities change.

You will own searches from intake to offer, build pipelines, and partner with hiring managers, HRBPs, and stakeholders. The role requires strong sourcing, passive candidate engagement, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience, including substantial experience recruiting technical talent.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for software development, product management, engineering, data, infrastructure, and related technical roles.
• Develop sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill positions.
• Build talent pipelines through direct sourcing, referrals, networking, research, and other channels.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, interview plans, and assess market conditions.
• Help interview teams evaluate technical and functional qualifications consistently.
• Personally manage a meaningful requisition load from intake through offer acceptance and onboarding handoff.
• Provide recruiting support across satellite operations, GTM, corporate functions, and other areas as needs change.
• Support hiring across regions and time zones, including international business.
