• 5+ years of recruiting experience, including substantial experience recruiting technical talent.
• Demonstrated success recruiting for software development, product management, engineering, data, or related technical functions.
• Strong sourcing skills, including the ability to identify and engage passive candidates.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for software development and product management.
• Develop sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill positions.
• Build talent pipelines through direct sourcing, referrals, networking, research, and other channels.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and interview plans.
• Manage a meaningful requisition load from intake through offer acceptance and onboarding handoff.
• Support hiring across regions and international business.
