You will shape talent strategy, collaborate with the executive team, implement data-driven processes, and elevate employer branding while ensuring OFCCP and related compliance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive talent acquisition leadership experience in fast-paced organizations.
• A player-coach who mentors others, drives accountability, and elevates team performance.
• Demonstrated success partnering with executive teams to align talent strategies with business priorities and data insights.
• Deep experience recruiting specialized talent populations, ideally technical, engineering, and cleared roles.

Responsibilities

• Personally lead executive and highly strategic searches from sourcing through offer acceptance.
• Drive TA operations, including recruiting technology, workflows, and new-hire processes across the enterprise.
• Partner with Finance, IT, HR/HRIS, Legal, Security, and other teams to align entry points for domestic and international hires.
• Oversee vendor relationships, audits, performance management, and data reporting.
• Elevate employer branding and talent marketing to attract critical talent.
