• 10+ years of progressive talent acquisition leadership experience, with a track record of building, developing, and leading high-performing recruiting teams.
• A trusted advisor with executive presence, business acumen, and credibility to influence senior leaders.
• Deep experience leading recruitment across highly specialized talent populations, ideally technical, engineering, cleared, and other hard-to-find skill sets.
• Experience leveraging workforce insights, talent analytics, and market intelligence to shape hiring strategies.

Responsibilities

• Personally lead executive and highly strategic searches, from sourcing through offer acceptance.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for third-party recruiting agencies, driving process efficiency and ELT alignment.
• Oversee TA operations, compliance, and data reporting across the enterprise.
