Vantor is hiring a Recruiter to join the corporate Talent Acquisition team in Westminster, CO. The role focuses on engineering and product management, with flexibility to support other areas as priorities change. The recruiter will own searches end-to-end and partner with hiring managers and HRBPs across regions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience, including substantial experience recruiting technical talent.
• Experience recruiting for software development, product management, engineering, data, or related technical functions.
• Strong sourcing skills, including the ability to identify and engage passive candidates.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for software development, product management, engineering, data, infrastructure, and related technical roles.
• Develop sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill and highly specialized positions.
• Build talent pipelines through direct sourcing, referrals, networking, research, and other appropriate channels.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, establish interview plans, and assess market conditions.
• Personally manage a meaningful requisition load from intake through offer acceptance and onboarding handoff.
• Provide recruiting support across satellite operations, GTM, corporate functions, and other areas as business needs change.
