Job summary

PHI’s CA Bridge Connect program seeks a Technical Systems Lead to oversee the helpline’s technical infrastructure, ensuring reliability, security, and scalability as the program grows. You will bridge stakeholders and vendors while guiding product roadmaps and integrations.

This remote California role requires hands-on leadership across testing, documentation, and data reporting to support MAT access and overdose prevention efforts. Strong privacy/compliance focus is essential.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience in product development, product management, technology or systems administration, computer science, and/or technical project management.
• Bachelor's degree required, or four extra years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead technical resource for the CA Bridge Connect helpline and all integrated tools/systems.
• Oversee roadmapping, development, testing and deployment of new features and integrations with contractors.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines and scope for technical initiatives.
• Evaluate tools and platforms to improve operations and outcomes.
• Manage design and implementation of new technical solutions or upgrades.
