Qualifications

• Experience administering cloud-based contact center platforms, with Amazon Connect a plus.
• Experience overseeing technical integrations — CRM systems, APIs, and data pipelines.
• Strong security and compliance knowledge relevant to health information (HIPAA).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead technical resource for the CA Bridge Connect helpline and all integrated tools.
• Oversee roadmapping, development, testing, and deployment of new features and integrations.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and scope for technical initiatives.
• Evaluate tools and platforms to improve operations and participant outcomes.
• Manage relationships with vendors, contractors, and external partners.
