• Five years of experience in product development, product management, technology or systems administration, and/or technical project management.
• Bachelor’s degree, or substitute with four additional years of relevant experience.
• Experience with cloud-based contact center platforms and integrations is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical resource and accountability for the CA Bridge Connect helpline and all integrated tools and systems.
• Oversee roadmapping, development, testing, deployment of new features, tools, and integrations with contractors.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and scope for technical initiatives.
• Evaluate tools and platforms to improve operations and participant outcomes.
• Translate between non-technical stakeholders and vendors or technical partners; oversee vendors and contractors.
• Ensure security, privacy, and regulatory compliance across the stack.
