Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IS/CS/Analytics/Healthcare Informatics or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in business systems analysis, healthcare tech, reporting, CRM administration, or related environments.
• Experience collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with CRM platforms and BI tooling (Power BI, Power Platform) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational workflows and identify opportunities for technology improvements.
• Serve as liaison between IT and operational teams.
• Translate business requirements into functional system specs.
• Support CRM platforms, engagement tools, and reporting solutions.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and performance metrics.
• Monitor data quality and drive improvements to reporting accuracy.
• Coordinate UAT and implementation activities.
• Develop workflow docs, guides, and procedures.
• Train staff on systems and best practices.
• Collaborate with IT, Operations, and executives to implement system enhancements.
• Support audits and regulatory reporting.
