Qualifications

• Knowledge of sensors and environmental measurement equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical support via phone, web, and email.
• Log and manage support cases in the CRM system.
• Troubleshoot sensors, data, and equipment using measurement tools.
• Assist with on-site and remote customer training.
• Provide on-call support outside business hours with potential pay differential.
