Job summary

Cart.com is seeking a Technical Support Specialist in Groveport, OH to resolve complex issues across Windows, macOS, Android and iOS. You will work with Operations, Applications, and vendors to troubleshoot network and device problems and deliver high-level support in a fast-paced environment.

You will handle ticketing, document solutions, and assist fulfillment center operations while maintaining security guidelines and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 4-year college degree or technical training certification.
• 5-8 years IT experience.
• Retail experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Technical analysis and support.
• Hardware/software installation and configuration knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot network and device issues across Windows, macOS, Android and iOS.
• Un-rack/rack network/server equipment in IDFs and MDFs.
• Provide level 2–3 technical support with Operations and vendors.
• Create general technical documentation.
• Support fulfillment center operations with tickets.
• Lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
