Qualifications

• Two-year technical degree in electronics, electrical technology, or related field.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and document cases clearly.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer technical needs and provide troubleshooting guidance.
• Document support cases accurately and communicate resolution steps.
• Coordinate field service activities between customers and vendors.
• Identify opportunities for maintenance, parts, and on-site support.
• Enter orders for service, parts, and battery replacements.
• Support projects and participate in after-hours rotation with pay.
• Maintain knowledge of Power Quality Solutions products and services.
