Job summary

Hire Ventures, Inc. seeks a Customer Support Specialist to act as the primary contact for customers needing technical and service assistance. You will troubleshoot equipment, coordinate repairs and replacements, and keep customers informed throughout the service process.

You will collaborate with Operations, Service, Shipping, and Accounting to ensure timely and accurate issue resolution while maintaining high customer service standards.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary contact for customers with technical or equipment-related issues.

• Coordinate repairs, refurbishments, replacements, and related service activities.
• Manage shipping logistics, return labels, and service-related requirements.
• Document interactions, troubleshooting steps, requests, and resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Monitor open service cases through resolution and follow up with customers.
• Maintain professional, timely communication on findings and timelines.
• Collaborate with Service, Operations, Shipping, and Accounting teams to improve workflows.
