Qualifications

• Five years in heavy equipment industry.
• Three years in customer service.
• One year of experience in the mining and construction industry.

• Handle general order intake functions and respond to inquiries from customers and distributors.
• Maintain and update technical documentation; coordinate between customers, sales, and management.
• Develop product knowledge and support business growth; participate in employee development and training.
