Responsabilités

• Answer incoming phone calls and determine the nature of the inquiry.
• Relay information or ask probing questions to resolve the issue.
• Document inquiries on customer accounts accurately.
• De-escalate upset customers and pursue resolutions.
• Present possible solutions to the Customer Service Manager.
• Follow company policies and procedures in issue resolution.
