Job summary

Smarty is seeking a Product Management Intern in our Orem, Utah office to learn what it takes to turn customer insights into real solutions, from idea to launch. This paid internship runs January 2027 through August 2027, with a minimum of 15 hours per week and onsite presence.

You will collaborate with our product management team to research customer needs, support the roadmap, and translate requirements into actionable features across engineering, UX, and data teams.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Product Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Interest or coursework in product management, business strategy, or technology.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working with data to support decisions and recommendations.
• Analytical mind with a problem-solving attitude.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Preference: familiarity with location intelligence data, GIS, address validation, or geocoding.

We are on the hunt for a Product Management Intern with strong curiosity, sharp

This paid internship for students extends from January 2027 to the end of Summer Term

(mid-August 2027). We are looking for a minimum of 15+ hours/week during Winter/Spring

Terms, with the opportunity to work additional hours during the Summer term.

You will work closely with our product management team to research customer needs, support

our product roadmap, and help guide features from concept to launch. You'll be at the forefront

of innovation in location data intelligence, including address quality, geocoding, and address

enrichment — while learning how great products get built cross-functionally with engineering,

marketing, sales, and UX.

** This role is onsite, non-remote, in our Orem office. **
