Job summary

Burnett Staffing Specialists is partnering with a North Austin technology services company to staff Technical Support Rep roles. Responsibilities

Problem Diagnosis / Troubleshooting: diagnose basic problems and perform troubleshooting steps.
Problem Ticket Administration: log and maintain history of client production problems.
Problem Resolution: resolve basic problems and escalate complex ones as needed; own issue until resolution.
Answers to 'How-To' Questions: assist clients by explaining software usage and tips.
Collaborative environment: work with Help Desk staff to deliver optimal client service.
Knowledge Base Entries: contribute feedback for knowledge database.
