Job summary

InteLogix is seeking a Technical Support Representative for our El Paso, TX office. You will be the first contact for residential customers, troubleshooting connectivity, router, and service issues in real time via phone, text chat, and email.

The role requires problem-solving, clear communication, and empathy to turn frustrated calls into positive experiences in a high-volume setting. On-site availability and weekend shifts are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year in a fast-paced, customer-facing support role preferred.
• Strong analytical and logical problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, ability to guide customers clearly.
• Working knowledge of routers and home networking basics.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, text, chat, and email with top-tier service.
• Assess urgency and provide calm, professional solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues the same day when possible to avoid on-site visits.
• Diagnose and resolve router/home networking issues, including setup and configuration.
• Guide customers through provisioning, rebuilding, and portal setup.
• Document all interactions accurately in the ticketing system.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction per guidelines.
