The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, problem solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset. Must be 18+, HS diploma, at least 6 months of call center experience, and proficient with Microsoft Office products and Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Strong typing skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
• Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues.

Responsibilities
