Western Enterprises, part of Marmon Holdings, is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Westlake, Ohio to support sales and operations teams. You will handle inquiries, prepare quotes, process orders, and coordinate with multiple departments to meet customer needs.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in a high-volume customer service role, strong MS Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams), and solid organizational abilities.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a high-volume customer service role preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams).
• Strong organizational skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Familiarity with document management systems.
• Knowledge of ERP systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and solutions to designated product lines.
• Prepare pricing and delivery quotations.
• Process incoming orders and make changes as required.
• Respond to customer concerns and inquiries.
• Process RGA's and credit memos.
• Communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Coordinate with multiple areas of the business to find mutually beneficial solutions.
