Qualifications

• Experience with pricing and quotations is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with ERP and document management workflows.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and solutions to designated product lines.
• Prepare pricing and delivery quotations.
• Process incoming orders and modify them as needed.
• Respond to customer concerns and coordinate with internal teams.
• Process RGA’s and credit memos; maintain accurate records.
• Communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
