Qualifications

• 3–5 years in high-volume customer service role.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams).
• Strong organizational skills and proactive service mindset.
• Familiarity with document management systems and basic reporting techniques.
• Knowledge of ERP systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and solutions to designated product lines.
• Prepare pricing and delivery quotations.
• Process incoming orders and make changes as required.
• Respond to customer concerns and manage RGA’s and credit memos.
• Communicate effectively verbally and in writing; coordinate across business areas.
