Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Act as a corporate Helpdesk/Desktop support resource; research and resolve issues.
• Answer queries on basic technical issues and provide guidance.
• Setup user accounts in Active Directory and configure permissions for new hires.
• Provision phones and configure phone numbers for users.
• Track inventory and ensure equipment availability for new hires and replacements.
• Document issues and resolutions in logs; follow up with customers as needed.
• Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support when appropriate.
• Maintain reliable attendance and perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
