Job summary

Advosy, a Mesa-based home services company, seeks a Workplace Technology & IT Support Specialist to own the daily technology experience for employees across locations. You will manage hardware, software, access, and conference-room technology while diagnosing complex issues and documenting solutions for repeatable processes.

The role requires hands-on expertise, independence, and strong communication to translate technical details for nontechnical staff.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on IT support or workplace technology experience.
• Demonstrated ability to diagnose and resolve unfamiliar or complex technical problems independently.
• Strong understanding of endpoints, applications, networks, accounts, permissions, and security controls.
• Experience with Google Workspace, Windows and/or macOS, device provisioning, asset tracking, endpoint management, and employee onboarding/offboarding.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day employee technology experience across all locations, including hardware, software, access, and conference-room tech.
• Diagnose problems, research solutions, and communicate clearly with nontechnical employees.
• Manage requests from intake through resolution and document solutions to prevent recurrence.
• Support onboarding and offboarding, including equipment, accounts, permissions, applications, and access.
• Continuously look for opportunities to standardize, automate, and improve technology processes.
