You will respond to queries in person, by phone, and via email, guiding users through problem-solving steps and ensuring issues are resolved efficiently.

The role requires experience with Windows 7/10, Windows Server 2003-2019, Mac OS, MS Office, and Active Directory.

Qualifications

• Windows 7/10, Windows Server 2003-2019 experience.
• MS Office including Outlook familiarity.
• Experience with helpdesk and ticketing systems.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, printers, antivirus, backups.
• Ability to diagnose basic issues and explain fixes clearly.
• Experience in 24x7 support environments.
• Understand user problems and communicate to non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance for computer systems, software, and hardware.
• Respond to queries in person or by phone.
• Walk users through problem-solving steps.
• Install, modify, and repair hardware and software.
• Run diagnostic programs to resolve problems.
• Install peripherals for users.
• Follow up to ensure issues are resolved.
• Gather feedback on computer usage.
• Run reports to identify recurring malfunctions.
