Vultr is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join our global Technical Support team, providing advanced technical support for Vultr’s products and infrastructure, and serving as an escalation point for complex issues while supporting both customers and internal teams in diagnosing and resolving platform‑related problems.

Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years in enterprise technical support or similar role.
- Strong Linux command-line troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with enterprise networking concepts.
Responsabilités
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical guidance for Vultr products and services, including escalated issues.
- Act as first responder to platform-level alerts and incidents, assess impact and perform advanced troubleshooting.
- Lead complex incident analyses, identify root causes, and recommend preventive actions.
- Coordinate with SRE, engineering, networking, and other teams to resolve platform issues and outages.
- Create, update, and maintain internal documentation and support procedures.
- Assist in maintaining enterprise customer environments and troubleshoot performance/availability issues.
- Serve as escalation for Technical Support Specialists and define diagnostic standards.
