Weltrade ищет Инженера технической поддержки уровня 2 для поддержки 24/7 инфраструктуры в удаленной команде глобального масштаба. Требуется опыт работы с Zabbix и Grafana, умение анализировать оповещения и работать с Jira/Confluence. Включены ночные смены и гибкий график, совместим с часовыми поясами команды.

Qualifications

• Опыт работы с Zabbix и Grafana: обработка, анализ и реагирование на уведомления.
• Контроль и обработка оповещений через Google Chat и Telegram.
• Практический опыт поддержки VPS на разных уровнях сложности.
• Работа с Windows и macOS в рамках инцидент-менеджмента.
• Знание принципов инцидент-менеджмента и Jira; обновление базы знаний в Confluence.
• Уровень английского не ниже B1 для письменной коммуникации и звонков.

Responsibilities

At Weltrade, we value ownership, autonomy, and measurable impact. We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer (L2) to join our 24/7 infrastructure monitoring team.

Задачи:

• Monitor infrastructure health via Zabbix and Grafana
• process, analyze, and respond to alerts
• Track and act on alerts received through Google Chat and Telegram
• Support and troubleshoot VPS servers across different levels of complexity
• Follow incident management processes — investigate, track, and close tasks in Jira
• Maintain and update the knowledge base in Confluence
• Communicate with cross-functional English-speaking teams via written channels and occasional calls
• Work rotating shifts (morning / day-evening / night) every month, following the team schedule

Требования:

• Experience working with Zabbix and Grafana — processing, analyzing, and responding to alerts
• Experience monitoring alerts through Google Chat and Telegram
• Hands-on experience supporting VPS servers at various levels
• Experience working with both Windows and macOS
• Understanding of incident management principles
• Confident working in Jira — investigating, tracking, and closing tasks
• Experience maintaining or updating a knowledge base (Confluence)
• English level B1 or higher — for written communication and occasional calls with English-speaking cross-functional teams
• Readiness to work a flexible 5/2 shift schedule, including night or morning hours
• Clear and articulate communication skills — close daily coordination with other teams is required
• Analytical mindset — ability to dig into the root cause of an issue

Условия:

• Format: 100% remote (candidate's time zone matters; location is negotiable)
• Schedule: 5/2 with floating days off, on a continuous 24/7 three-shift rotation
• Shifts are fixed every month (one month mornings, one month days, one month nights)
• Shift hours (EET time): Morning: 06:00 – 14:00; Day/Evening: 14:00 – 22:00; Night: 22:00 – 06:00
• Night shifts are compensated with a +30% pay premium
