Qualifications

• 8+ лет прогрессивного финансового опыта, включая 3+ года на руководящей должности (CFO, VP Finance или Head of Finance) в финтехе, торговле или растущей международной среде.
• Доказанный опыт управления end-to-end финансовыми операциями: FP&A, бюджетирование, прогнозирование, отчетность, казначейство и управление ликвидностью в нескольких валютах.
• Сильная аналитика и финансовое моделирование, умение переводить данные в стратегические решения.
• Опыт работы в регулируемой или рискованной финансовой среде и взаимодействие с аудитом и комплаенсом.
• Опыт сотрудничества с руководством для определения финансовой стратегии в интересах роста и прибыльности.
• Будет плюсом: опыт в FX, брокерских платформах или глобальных торговых платформах с розничными клиентами.
• Опыт масштабирования функций финансов в быстрорастущих или распределённых организациях.

Responsibilities

• Разработка и внедрение комплексной финансовой стратегии Weltrade, обеспечивающей устойчивость и рост.
• Координация FP&A, бюджетирования, прогнозирования, отчетности, казначейства и управления ликвидностью в разных юрисдикциях и валютах.
• Обеспечение комплаенса и аудита, работа с регуляторами и кредиторами.
• Партнёрство с исполнительной командой для достижения стратегических целей и повышения общей прибыльности.
• Установление финансовой архитектуры и внедрение процессов по всем подразделениям.

In this role, you will join Weltrade’s executive leadership team, a high-accountability group responsible for shaping the financial and strategic resilience of a global trading organization.

Your mission is to architect and execute Weltrade’s end-to-end financial strategy, ensuring stability, scalability, and disciplined growth across multiple jurisdictions and currencies. Your primary challenge will be to build and continuously optimize a unified financial ecosystem: covering FP&A, treasury, liquidity, reporting, tax, and financial risk management, capable of sustaining rapid international expansion under regulated and high-volatility market conditions. You will directly influence Weltrade’s ability to expand globally with confidence, ensuring every financial decision strengthens compliance, operational efficiency, and long-term profitability. This is both a strategic and execution-heavy leadership role where you will design the financial framework while ensuring it is operationally embedded across the organization.

• 8+ years of progressive finance experience, including 3+ years in a senior leadership role (CFO, VP Finance, or Head of Finance) within fintech, trading, brokerage, or high-growth international environments
• Proven experience managing end-to-end financial operations, including FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, treasury, and multi-currency liquidity management
• Strong background in regulated or high-risk financial environments (fintech, trading, payments, banking, or crypto), with hands-on exposure to compliance and audit processes
• Demonstrated experience partnering with executive leadership teams to define and execute financial strategy aligned with business growth and profitability objectives
• Strong financial modeling and analytical capability with the ability to translate complex financial data into clear, strategic business decisions
