Qualifications

• 1–2+ года опыта в технической поддержке или системной админке.

• Опыт устранения технических инцидентов в серверах/сетях/приложениях.
• Знакомство с Git и концепциями CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Мониторинг и поддержка инфраструктурных систем в разных окружениях.
• Поиск и устранение проблем на серверах, сетях, БД и сервисах.
• Техническая поддержка Linux и Windows Server.
• Мониторинг производительности, доступности и алертов.
• Поддержка веб-сервисов Apache, Nginx, IIS.
• Администрирование баз данных: SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL.
• Облачная инфраструктура AWS и Azure.
• Участие в развёртываниях и изменениях конфигураций.
• Сотрудничество с командами разработки для решения проблем.
• Поддержка CI/CD через Jenkins, TeamCity, Git.

Задачи

• Monitor and support infrastructure systems across multiple environments
• Investigate and troubleshoot issues involving servers, networks, databases, applications, and infrastructure services
• Provide technical support for Linux and Windows Server environments
• Monitor system performance, availability, and alerts using Zabbix or similar tools
• Support and troubleshoot Apache, Nginx, and IIS web services
• Assist with administering and maintaining Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, and PostgreSQL databases
• Support cloud infrastructure hosted on AWS and Microsoft Azure
• Assist with deployments, configuration changes, and routine infrastructure operations
• Work with development and engineering teams to investigate and resolve technical issues
• Support CI/CD processes using Jenkins, TeamCity, Git, and related tools
• Work with configuration management and automation tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or similar solutions
• Follow established procedures for incident investigation, escalation, and resolution
• Contribute to infrastructure automation and process improvements as technical skills develop
• Learn and grow into more advanced DevOps and infrastructure responsibilities with support from the team

• 1–2+ Years of experience in technical support, system administration, infrastructure operations, or a related technical role
• Good understanding of Linux and/or Windows Server environments
• Understanding of TCP/IP networking concepts
• Experience troubleshooting technical issues involving servers, networks, applications, or services
• Familiarity with Git and CI/CD concepts
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Willingness and ability to learn DevOps, infrastructure, and automation technologies
• Ability to work independently during shifts while knowing when to elevate issues
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Willingness to work the required rotating 12-hour day/night shift schedule
• Nice to have: Basic experience with Apache, Nginx, or IIS
• experience with Zabbix or another monitoring platform
• basic knowledge of AWS or Microsoft Azure
• familiarity with Jenkins, TeamCity, Ansible, Puppet, or similar technologies
• basic scripting knowledge, preferably Python

• The position involves a rotating 12-hour shift schedule: 3 consecutive day shifts, 3 days off, 3 consecutive night shifts, and 3 days off
