Job summary

AVEVA is seeking a Technical Support Engineer II in the United States to support our industrial software portfolio. You will resolve complex issues remotely and on-site, mentor junior colleagues, and teach customers how to maximize software value through training and guidance.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, and Services, plus ongoing technical growth across AVEVA’s software suite.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or higher in Engineering, Math, Computer Science, Natural Sciences, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in a technical support, customer-facing technical, or related role.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Proven ability to apply software troubleshooting theories to complex issues and develop innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

Own and drive resolution of complex technical issues for customers remotely and on-site as needed.
Mentor and develop junior team members through knowledge sharing and training.
Teach customers how to maximize value of our software through public training classes.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, R&D, and Services to improve customer experience.
Take ownership of projects or processes within the support organization and drive improvements.
