Job summary

AVEVA is seeking a Tech Support Engineer II to join the hybrid team in the US. You will resolve complex technical issues remotely or on-site, mentor peers, and lead initiatives to improve support processes while helping customers maximize software value.

Onboarding will cover product ramp-up, environments, and AVEVA culture. Expect collaboration with Sales, Product, and Services to drive outcomes for Fortune 100 customers.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to apply software troubleshooting theories, principles, and methodologies to complex issues and develop innovative solutions.
• Experience owning entire projects or processes, including driving improvements to systems, tools, or workflows that positively affect team performance.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate insights effectively.

Responsibilities

• Complete onboarding and product ramp-up to build familiarity with software portfolio and customer environments.
• Own and drive resolution of complex technical issues remotely or on-site as needed.
• Mentor and develop junior team members through knowledge sharing and training.
• Teach customers how to maximize software value through public training classes.
• Analyze support data and trends to drive proactive solutions.
• Join customer meetings to provide technical advice and escalation leadership.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve customer experience.
• Take ownership of projects or processes to enhance team performance.
• Continuously deepen technical expertise across AVEVA portfolio.
