Job summary
AVEVA seeks a Senior Technical Success Consultant to help customers maximize value from AVEVA software in a hybrid, multi-location setup including Houston, Philadelphia and Calgary. You will guide adoption, advise on best practices, and support upgrades and deployments while partnering with cross-functional teams to secure successful outcomes.
The role requires technical depth, strong communication, and the ability to adapt to complex customer environments with travel up to 20%.
Qualifications
- Bachelor level degree in a technical field such as Computer Science or related engineering.
- 5+ years of technical support or pre-sales experience with AVEVA products.
- Experience leading technical projects or teams implementing AVEVA solutions.
- Travel up to 20% as needed.
Responsibilities
- Understand customer technology stacks and governance policies for AVEVA use.
- Provide best-practice guidance and help customers adopt AVEVA solutions.
- Identify configuration or design issues and advise on optimizations.
- Deliver feature adoption guidance and license optimization.
- Assist with major version upgrades and deployment planning.
- Collaborate with IAC, CSM and AM to formulate remediation plans.
