Job summary

AVEVA is seeking a Technical Support Senior Engineer – Pipeline Simulation to provide regional technical support for Pipeline Simulation products. You will troubleshoot complex issues, reproduce problems, and coordinate with Development for solutions, while maintaining excellent customer service.

The role requires 5–10 years in pipeline simulation, strong thermodynamics and fluid dynamics knowledge, and travel 5–15% as needed. Hybrid/onsite work with AVEVA offices is common in the United States.

Qualifications

• Requires a BS degree in engineering and strong pipeline simulation experience.
• Over 5 years in pipeline simulation with software support.
• Proficient English communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle live inbound technical support cases and complex issues.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and propose workarounds with documentation.
• Provide customer training and contribute to knowledge base.
