Job summary

Veritronics, LLC is seeking a mid-level Technical Support Engineer for remote work with on-site support as needed to cover enterprise mobility and AIDC tech.

The role owns cases end-to-end, troubleshoots Android Enterprise, industrial printers, barcode scanners, RFID, and related infrastructure, and collaborates with sales, engineering, and operations to implement customer solutions.

Ideal candidates document processes clearly and escalate appropriately to senior resources when needed.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in technical support or systems engineering for enterprise hardware/mobility.
• Hands-on Android Enterprise enrollment and kiosk mode experience.
• Experience with industrial printers and barcode scanners.
• Familiarity with MDM/EMM platforms.
• Ability to document processes clearly and escalate appropriately.
