Job summary

TEKsystems Fort Worth seeks a Mobility Systems Specialist to support mobility-related projects, manage iPad access, and refine training programs. The role covers documentation, device management, and Tier 1/2 support onsite with some travel.

You will collaborate with IT teams and vendors, ensuring smooth operation of Apple devices and related apps, while maintaining documentation and coordinating system updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical discipline required.
• 2 years of management experience of assets.
• 1-year Help Desk or customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Work with IT teams and vendors on mobility-related projects.
• Manage access for New Hires with iPad and applications.
• Develop and deliver mobility training programs with the maintenance training team.
• Track shipments for returns/replacements with Base Admin & Base Managers.
• Administer document control tool in coordination with Technical Publications.
• Maintain the Mobility program and refresh iPads as needed.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and dissemination via iPad alerts and notices.
• Provide Tier 1 & 2 mobile device support.
• Coordinate system changes for iOS and App updates.
• Travel as required.
