Job summary

Dell Technologies in Oklahoma City is seeking a Technical Support Engineer 1 (NACPS) to join the Product Services team. You will troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve enterprise issues, collaborating with senior advisors to help customers maximize IT investments and minimize costs.

This role requires knowledge of server hardware, networking and multiple operating systems, with 2–5 years of related experience and willingness to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of related experience.
• Ability to work on shifts including holidays and weekends.
• Strong customer focus and communication skills.
• Knowledge of server and storage hardware.
• Knowledge of general networking and OS (Windows/Linux/VMware).

Responsibilities

• Identify, troubleshoot and recommend solutions to enterprise problems.
• Perform case management to keep records up to date.
• Identify, research and input unique or recurring customer problems.
• Provide timely responses to escalations and own issues to resolution.
