Job summary

DDN is seeking a customer-facing technical support engineer to apply advanced systems-level expertise to resolve highly complex issues. You will handle automated alerts, remote maintenance requests, and web support while collaborating with engineering to drive effective resolutions.

Because this is a 24x7x365 operation, shift work, holidays, and on-call duties may be required. A strong background in enterprise storage, virtualization, networking, and scripting will help you mentor others and

Qualifications

• 5 years of enterprise-level technical support experience.
• Strong TCP/IP networking and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with enterprise storage (SAN/NAS, iSCSI, Fibre Channel).
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.

Responsibilities

• Resolve highly complex system-level issues for Tintri customers and engineers.
• Communicate progress and resolution status in a clear, timely manner.
• Mentor others and contribute to knowledge base and best practices.
• Monitor service calls and provide status updates to customers and teams.
• Collaborate with Field Technical Specialists and Account Managers as needed.
